FUNDAÇÃO RENOVA

The Renova Foundation is the entity responsible for repairing the damages caused by a massive dam collapse, one of the worst environmental accidents in Brazilian history.

I was in charge of the development of the social media communication strategy with the community affected by the tragedy. Hundreds of people were in need of their homes, water, and resources.

Using AI software, my work involved monitoring social media users' behavior around the company to identify trends, measure brand reputation, prevent crises, and design content based on KPIs.

With my team, a system was successfully implemented to collect, analyze, and interact with thousands of interactions on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Iveco is an Italian multinational transport vehicle manufacturing company. My experience was situated in an advertising agency that managed digital channels in Brazil.

My main activity was proactively finding new opportunities to drive community engagement forward and developing and implementing community engagement and member communications strategies.

Using AI software, my work involved monitoring social media users' behavior around the company to identify trends, measure brand reputation, prevent crises, and design content based on KPIs.

I was also responsible for facilitating conversations and interactions with and between members. I moderated discussions and content, responding to inquiries and feedback based on an FAQ developed by me and my team.

CBMM is a company based in Brazil that mines minerals to produce niobium. Created by CBMM, Niobium Tech is an international company that distributes materials used in the construction, energy, and mobility sectors.

My participation in these projects was as part of the team of an advertising agency that was managing their account. As a senior professional, I was responsible for providing data and KPIs that were essential to drive significant decisions in the brand strategy, but this time in the English language.

I have been running my own marketing agency since 2020. Although it is a parallel project, I assist small businesses in developing their social media presence. Even though these are smaller projects, I have some partners who help me create content for clothing stores, restaurants, bars, aesthetic clinics, among many local businesses.
